First Day Procedures

• Explain your philosophy of laptop use (should they wait to boot up until instructed?) (what do you want them to use laptops for?)
• Describe policies for laptop use in the class (ie no game-playing, emailing unless class-related)
• Talk about note-taking (all teachers will check class notes periodically via email and time stamp)
• Help students set up folder/s for classwork
